It is a programme for Zoho partners, led by Zoho\u2019s leadership and product teams. Most of the sessions were hands-on workshops on building AI-powered solutions with Zoho\u2019s AI tools. Our learning was then assessed before the accreditation was given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:28px\">What this means for you<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">AI is now built into much of the Zoho platform. Zia, Zoho\u2019s AI assistant, can help draft emails, summarise records and suggest next steps. Zoho also offers ready-made AI agents, such as one that reviews your deals and suggests follow-ups. There\u2019s also a tool for building your own agents without code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">These tools are powerful, but they only help if they\u2019re set up around how your business works. That\u2019s where we come in. We can help you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Find the AI features that will save your team real time<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Set them up properly inside your CRM and other Zoho apps<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Build custom AI agents for tasks like writing quotes and routine admin<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Keep your data safe and your processes simple<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Zoho says its AI models are not trained on customer data, and its AI runs in Zoho\u2019s own data centres, including in Europe. That matters to many UK businesses thinking about AI and data protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:28px\">Practical, not hype<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><br>We\u2019re a vendor-agnostic consultancy, and we work across many leading CRM and business platforms. Our view of AI is the same wherever we work: use it where it saves time or improves results, and skip it where it doesn\u2019t.
