monday.com wins on usability. Its colourful, visual interface makes adoption easy, while its flexible building blocks let you model almost any process - sales, projects, operations and beyond.

We harness that flexibility with discipline, designing clean structures and automations so the platform stays powerful without becoming a sprawl of boards nobody maintains.

Who is it for?

Who It's Built For. Who Should Look Elsewhere.

monday.com is the work-OS that hides serious CRM power behind one of the friendliest interfaces on the market. Its building-block flexibility lets you model almost any process - but that same openness rewards teams who invest a little time in structure.

A great fit when…
  • You want a CRM your team will genuinely enjoy using - visual, intuitive and quick to adopt without heavy training
  • You run varied or fast-changing processes and need flexible boards, not a rigid sales-only schema
  • You want sales, projects, operations and delivery in one connected workspace rather than separate tools
  • You value no-code automations and dashboards your own team can build and adapt without a developer
Maybe not when…
  • You need deep, sales-specific CRM features out of the box - HubSpot or Salesforce offer richer native sales tooling
  • You want a heavily structured, opinionated system rather than a flexible canvas you shape yourself
  • You require advanced regulated-industry compliance or complex territory and forecasting models as standard
  • You have no appetite to design board structures and would rather everything came pre-configured

What it costs

monday.com pricing, in plain terms.

monday.com's per-seat prices look simple, but the way seats, products and usage caps stack up is where the real bill is decided. Here is how it works, so you can budget with your eyes open. We will size the right product, plan and seat count with you before you commit.

1

Priced per seat, sold in seat buckets

Paid plans start at a three-seat minimum, then sell in blocks rather than exact numbers, so a team of six buys ten seats. Your real cost per person is the bucket divided by your actual headcount, so it pays to budget the bucket, not the sticker price.

2

Priced per product, not as one platform

Work Management, CRM, Dev and Service are separate products on the same platform, each with its own plans and seats. If you need more than one, you pay for each, so choosing the right product, and not over-buying, makes a real difference.

3

Tiers priced by what they unlock

Plans step up from boards, to automations and integrations, to advanced reporting and controls. Automations and integrations begin at the Standard tier, so for most teams that is the real starting point, not the entry plan.

4

Watch the usage caps, not just the seats

Each tier caps automation and integration actions per month. Busy boards can burn through a lower cap and push you up a tier regardless of team size, so the caps deserve as much thought as the seat count.

We make sure you pay for the plan you need, not the bucket above.

As a certified monday.com partner, we know exactly where the costs hide. We size the seats, pick the right product and tier for how you work, and keep your automation usage within plan, so monday.com delivers without quietly inflating the bill.

monday.com sets and revises its own pricing, and it varies by product, plan and seat count, so we have kept this section free of figures that quickly date. For current pricing, see monday.com/pricing, or ask us for an indicative cost based on your team size and the products you need.

Common questions

monday.com questions, answered.

The things UK SMEs ask us most before choosing monday.com and bringing us in to set it up properly.

How much does monday.com cost?
monday.com is priced per seat, in tiers (Basic, Standard, Pro and Enterprise), usually sold in seat bands and billed monthly or annually, with a saving for annual. The right tier depends on the automations, integrations and dashboards you need. We help you size the plan before you commit. For current pricing, see monday.com’s pricing pages.
Is monday.com a CRM, a project tool or both?
Both. monday.com is a flexible Work OS: the same platform runs sales CRM, project and task management, operations, HR and marketing on configurable boards. We design the right mix for your teams so it is one connected workspace rather than several disconnected tools.
How long does a monday.com setup take?
A focused setup can be live in one to three weeks. Larger builds with multiple boards, automations, integrations and dashboards typically run three to six weeks depending on complexity. We agree a realistic timeline up front.
Can you migrate our data and connect our other tools?
Yes. We import from spreadsheets and other systems, cleaning as we go, and integrate monday.com with email, calendars, finance, forms and the rest of your stack so data flows automatically.
Is monday.com easy for the team to adopt?
It is one of the most user-friendly platforms on the market, but adoption still depends on a clean, well-structured build. We tailor boards to how your teams work and train them on the way they will actually use it.
Why use a partner rather than building it ourselves?
You can start monday.com yourself, but its flexibility makes it easy to create sprawl. As a certified partner we keep the build lean, automate the busywork and get adoption right, so it scales cleanly as you grow.
